- a student registration fee covers only one paper which has to be presented by the student,

- with one non-student fee only two papers bearing the name of the registrant can be presented and included in IEEE Xplore.

• All prices under 'Other Fees' are inclusive of 20% VAT.

• To be eligible for the member rates, participants are required to fill in the member ID or registered email address they have received from IEEE.

• To be eligible for the student rates, it is mandatory to submit a valid document. Acceptable proof may include a valid student identification card, an official enrolment letter, or any document issued by an educational institution.

• None of your payment details are stored by IEEE ICECS.

• Only registration accompanied with full payment will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@icecs2023.org.

• The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.

Registration Fee includes;

• Access to scientific sessions, exhibition area, and publication in the conference proceedings.

• Coffee breaks, luncheons and city tour.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of Registration must be received in writing by the ICECS 2023 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@icecs2023.org.

• Name changes are possible for the same type of registration. It will not be possible on-site. The organizing committee cannot be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will be applied.

• If cancellations are received until October 16, 2023, participants will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the payment.

• Absolutely NO REFUND will be processed for cancellations received on or after October 17, 2023.

• There will be an administrative fee of €50 deducted from each refund.

Kindly be aware that refunds for registration will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of ICECS 2023, with applicable bank charges deducted from the refund amount.
